• Genearl Trades will be focused on framing of Bridge/Boat Hull in main lobby, drywall of the stage partitions, and framing and drywall of AV closet.  
• The ceiling contractor will be laying of cafeteria ceiling panels and installing the grid system for the exterior linear metal ceiling under the canopy.
• Millwork contractor will be focusing on first and second level Extended Learning Spaces.
• Telecom contractor will be focusing on MDF room.
• The painting contractor will be focusing on the media center ceiling and level 2 classrooms
• Woord flooring contractor is continueing Installation of the gym wood floor system

This Saturday work schedule has been communicated and coordinated with both the Marblehead Building Department & Police Department.

Please see below project update for the Marblehead Elementary School: 

• The metal panel contractor shall complete the fiber cement installation on the West elevation and ACM panel installation at the canopy roof. 
• The metal window contractor will begin the main entrance storefront installation this week. 
• Resilient Flooring installation is continuing in the classrooms and ancillary rooms/offices on the first levels of Area A/B and corridors on the second level of Area A/B. 
• The painting contractor is continuing with final paint activities on the second level of Area A/B.
• The millwork contractor is continuing installation of materials on second and first levels of Area A & B.  This contractor has a material delivery tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday of this week. 
• The specialties contractor will continue with the installation of sliding markerboards in the ELS spaces, fire extinguisher cabinets and complete the installation of toilet partitions.
• Prep for the ceiling system and final painting of the roof deck in the media center will be completed this week.
• The tiling contractor will continue with the installation of ceramic wall tile in Stair #3 wall tile and will continue with the cafeteria wall tile. 
• The plumbing contractor shall continue with the installation and connection of the plumbing fixtures in the gang bathrooms on the second floor and in the classrooms on the first level of Areas A & B.
• The ceiling contractor has commenced and will continue with ceiling tile installation on the first floor of Areas A & B.  Additionally specialty ceiling systems will commence in the media center and first floor corridor. 
• Doors and hardware installation will continue this week on first level of Area A/B and C. 
• The athletic wood floor installation is on-going in the gymnasium space in Area C. 
• The site contractor will continue with constructing utility inverts in the structures.
• The concrete contractor will tentatively place the concrete walk on the north side of the site Thursday or Friday of this week. 
• The landscape contractor will continue playground equipment installation in the north and south elevations, preparation for the basketball hoop and tetherball foundations.

The project will be working on the site this Saturday 7/10/21.  Activities will consist of the following:

• General trades contractor will be working doors & hardware installation and framing activities in the building.
• Ceiling contractor will be installing speciality ceiling panels on the second level Area A/B and constructing speciality ceilings in the cafeteria space.
• Millwork contractor will be continuing the install of the extended learning spaces millwork on the second floor and millwork vision panels on the second floor.
• Electrical contractor will be terminating tel-data devices on second and first levels of Area A/B in the building.
• Painting contractor will be finish painting spaces on the second level of Area A/B.
• Wood Flooring contractor will be continuing with the installation of the gym wood floor system.

• The millwork contractor is continuing installation of materials on second and first levels of Area A & B.  This contractor has a material delivery tentatively scheduled for Thursday. 
• The tiling contractor will continue with the installation of ceramic wall tile in Stair #1, commence Stair #3 wall tile, and continueing the cafeteria wall tile. 
• The plumbing contractor shall continue with the installation and connection of the plumbing fixtures in the classrooms on the second and first levels of Areas A & B.
• The ceiling contractor has commenced and will continue with ceiling tile installation on the first floor of Areas A & B.  Additionally speciality ceiling systems will commence in the media center. 
• Installation of marker & tack boards shall continue in the classrooms and ancillary rooms/offices on the second level of Area A & B.
• Installation of the toilet partitions will continue in the group bathrooms on the second floor of Area A.
• Doors and hardware installation will continue this week for levels one and two. 
• Installation of guardrails on the second floor of the main lobby will continue this week.
• The painting contractor shall complete the painting of the ceiling and MEP's in the cafeteria space in Area C, commence painting of the cafe walls, and begin final painting of level 2 classrooms.  
• The athletic wood floor installation is ongoing. 
• The site contractor will commence asphalt sidewalk prep this week. 
• The concrete contractor will commence forming of the rear concrete walk on the north side of the site. 
• Site clean-up and grading activities will continue on the North elevation of the building.  Note this activity may require the use of a hammer drill at irregular intervals to break-up potential spots of ledge that need to be taken down to support this work activity.
• The landscape contractor will continue playground equpiment installation in the north and south elevations, preperation for the baskeball hoop and tetherball foundations, and preperations for the stone retaining wall on the east of the project site.

• Resilient Flooring installation is continuing in the classrooms and ancillary rooms/offices on the second and first levels of Areas A & B.
• The millwork contractor is continuing installation of materials on second and first levels of Area A & B.  This contractor has a material delivery tentatively scheduled for Tuesday through Friday of this week.  
• The tiling contractor will continue with the installation of ceramic wall tile in Stair #1 and commence Stair #3 wall tile.
• The plumbing contractor shall continue with the installation and connection of the plumbing fixtures in the classrooms on the second and first levels of Areas A & B.
• The ceiling contractor has commenced and will continue with ceiling tile installation on the first floor of Areas A & B.  Additionally speciality ceiling systems are in progress beneath the skylight system in the corridors on the second and first floors.
• Installation of marker & tack boards shall continue in the classrooms and ancillary rooms/offices on the second level of Area A & B.
• Installation of the toilet partitions has commenced in the group bathrooms on the second floor of Area A.
• The project is tentatively scheduled to receive a wood door delivery tentatively on Wednesday 6/30 for the second floor Area A & B.
• Installation of guardrails on the second floor of the main lobby shall commence installation this week.
• The painting contractor shall complete the painting of the ceiling and MEP's in the cafeteria space in Area C.
• The athletic wood flooring contractor is scheduled to be mobilize and commence installation on Tuesday 6/29 in the gymnasium.
• The site contractor shall complete remaining sub-grade prep to support new concrete sidewalks along Baldwin Road.  
• The concrete contractor shall place and finish a portion of concrete sidewalks on the East elevation and along Baldwin Road and Stair #2 on Wednesday 6/30.  This activity is weather dependant.
• Site clean-up and grading activities will continue on the North elevation of the building.  Note this activity may require the use of a hammer drill at irregular intervals to break-up potential spots of ledge that need to be taken down to support this work activity.
• The landscape contractor will be working on North elevations with site and sub-grade prep along the basketball court & playground areas.
• The second delivery of playground equipment is scheduled to be delivered to the project site on Monday 6/28/21.
• Playground equipment is scheduled to commence installation onsite Wednesday 6/30.
• Note the project site will be observing the 4th of July Holiday on Monday 7/5.  Work will resume at the project site on Tuesday 7/6.
