Please see below project update for the Marblehead Elementary School: 

• The metal panel contractor will continue with installation of the standing seam panel assembly on the West, South & East elevations of the building.     
• Prime painting activities will continue on the second level of Areas A & B.
• Installation of ceiling grid shall continue on the second level of Areas A & B.
• Installation of MEP related equipment and devices in the ceiling grid shall continue in the Classroom spaces on the second level of Areas A & B.
• The ceiling contractor is scheduled to receive a delivery of ceiling tiles for the second level of Area A & B on Monday 4/5.
• Sheet rocking the top of wall activities will continue and production sheet rocking activities will continue on the first level of Areas A & B.
• In-wall inspections are scheduled for this week in the Kitchen area which will allow sheetrocking activities to commence in this space.
• Rough-in of electrical, fire protection & plumbing shall continue in the Cafeteria on the first level of Area C.
• Light gauge metal framing activities in the Cafeteria will continue on the first level of Area C.
• The gym equipment contractor is scheduled to mobilize, receive delivery of the overhead equipment and commence installation on Monday 4/5. 
• Piping rough-in and connections to the equipment located in the Mechanical Room will continue this week.
• The site contractor has remobilized for the season this week.  The first area of focus will be constructing the retaining walls at the Dartmouth Rd entrance/exit and remaining underground utility work around the emergency generator pad location.
• The site contractor is scheduled to receive a delivery of pre-cast light pole bases this week.   

The project will be working on the site this Saturday 4/3/21.  Activities will consist of the following:

• General Trades contractor will be working on sheetrocking activites on the first floor of the building.  The work crew will be utilizing power tools and scissor lifts at times through out the day to support the work activities.
• The painting contractor will be working on painting activities on the second floor of the building.  

This Saturday work schedule has been communicated and coordinated with both the Marblehead Building Department & Police Department.

• Installation of MEP related equipment and devices in the ceiling grid shall commence in the Classroom spaces on the second level of Areas A & B.

• Painting of the gymnasium ceiling will commence and be completed this week.  Due to the nature of this work it will be completed on second shift this week with the appropriate oversight from the Construction team.

• Electrical rough-in in the Main Electrical Room will continue this week.  The electrical contractor will continue the rough-in and termination effort to the equipment this week.  Electrical inspection of this equipment is scheduled for Tuesday 3/30.  
• The project rescheduled the crane originally planned to be onsite Monday 3/29 due to high winds.  The crane is tenatively scheduled to be onsite Thursday 4/1 or Friday 4/2 to pick and set the first delivery of roof top units on the North elevation of the project site.
• The project is scheduled to receive the delivery of the translucent wall and skylight panels onsite Monday 3/29.
• The site contractor has been confirmed to remobilize for the season the week of 4/5.  The first area of focus will be constructing the retaining walls at the Dartmouth Rd entrance/exit and remaining underground utility work around the emergency generator pad location.

• Electrical contractor will be working in the main electrical room on rough-in and connections at the switchgear equipment.
