The project will be working on the site this Saturday 9/11/21.  Activities will consist of the following:

• Ceiling contractor will be installing speciality ceilings at the main entry vestibule.
• Millwork contractor will be installing acoustic wall panels in the main lobby and cafeteria and complete wood handrail caps.
• Flooring contractor will be complete the flooring in the cafeteria corridor, carpet installation in the Media Center and flooring materials at Stair #2.
• Painting contractor will be painting the custodial room floor, finish painting the Main Lobby space and punchlist items in Area A/B.
• Landscaping contractor will continue with speading and setting stone dust and mulch along the North elevation of the project site.  (Work to commence after 8AM).
• Elevator contractor will be installing the flooring materials in the elevator cab.
• Misc Metal contractor will be completing the handrails at Stair #2.
• Wood flooring contractor continuing with gym line painting.

This weekend work schedule has been communicated and coordinated with both the Marblehead Building Department & Police Department.

Please see below project update for the Marblehead Elementary School: 

• Resilient Flooring installation is continuing & completing in the corridor space adjacent to the cafeteria and gymnasium. 
• The painting contractor is continuing with final paint activities on the second and first levels of Area A/B.
• The millwork contractor is completing the installation of the handrail caps at the stairwells in all Areas and continuing with the installation of the acoustic wall panels in the main lobby and corridors. 
• Final cleaning activities will continue in the second & first floor corridors in Area A/B.  
• The ceiling contractor shall complete with the installation of the specialty ceilings in the main entry vestibule and Media Center ceiling system.  
• The carpet installation in the Media Center will commence on Wednesday and complete this week.
• Wood flooring contractor shall complete the line striping painting of the gym floor this week.  
• Setting of the operable partitions at the Stage area shall be completed this week.
• The misc metals contractor is scheduled to complete the remaining stainless steel handrail installation this week. 
• Pre-testing of the fire alarm system shall commence Wednesday 9/8 and continue through the end of the week.  
• Installation of the remaining vertical granite curb in the parking lot shall be installed this week. 
• Irrigation installation will continue on the North side of the project site.  
• Installation of chain link fencing is continuing on the North elevation of the project site. 
• Sub-grade prep at the  athletic field shall commence this week followed by the spreading of top-soil in this area.
• Landscape site accessories have begun delivery to the site and will continue through the week.  Installation and setting of these items will continue through out the week.  
• First delivery of sod is scheduled for Thursday 9/9.  

The project will be working on the site this weekend.  Activities will consist of the following:

• Flooring contractor will continue and complete the install of flooring materials in the main lobby space and commence the flooring in the main entry-corridor spaces.  Welding of floor seams in the second floor classrooms shall continue.  This contractor shall continue with flooring installation in the main entry-corridor space on Sunday.
• Painting contractor will be continuing with final paint activities on the first floor A/B and punchlist items on the second floor classrooms.
• Final cleaning contractor will commence the final clean effort in the first floor classrooms of A/B.
• Wood flooring contractor will continue with the center court logo painting in the gymnasium. 

This weekend work schedule has been communicated and coordinated with both the Marblehead Building Department & Police Department.

Please see below project update for the Marblehead Elementary School: 

• Resilient Flooring installation is continuing in the Main Lobby space on the first floor of Area B and completing the cafeteria space in Area C. 
• The painting contractor is continuing with final paint activities on the second and first levels of Area A/B.
• The millwork contractor is completing the installation of the administration desk and solid surface sills in the stair wells.  Commence installation of the handrail caps at the open to below areas and stairwells in all Areas and the installation of the acoustic wall panels in the corridors. 
• Final cleaning activities will continue in the second floor classrooms in Area A/B.
• The tiling contractor will complete misc tiling and grouting in the corridors at coordinated leave out areas.  
• The ceiling contractor shall complete with the installation of the specialty ceilings in the Vestibule and adjacent corridor in Areas B & C this week.  Continue with the installation of the Media Center ceiling system.  
• Installation of remaining specialties will be completed on both levels this week.   
• Setting of the operable partitions at the Stage area shall be completed on Thursday this week.
• The misc metals contractor is scheduled to complete the stainless steel handrail installation at Stair #3 this week. 
• Regrading and forming of sidewalks on the East side (Resident's side) of Baldwin Road has been completed.  The placement of concrete sidewalks is scheduled for Tuesday 8/31.  Stripping of formwork and localized re-grading to be completed on Wednesday and Thursday of this week.     
• The Dartmouth Road sidewalk shall be placed and finished on Tuesday 8/31.
• Irrigation installation will continue on the East side of the site followed by the North elevation.  
• Installation of chain link fencing is continuing on the North elevation of the project site. 

The project will be working on the site this Saturday 8/28/21.  Activities will consist of the following:

• Ceiling contractor will be installing speciality ceilings at the media center.
• Millwork contractor will be installing solid surface sills in the cafeteria and corridor spaces.
• Flooring contractor will be complete the flooring at the lower landing of Stair #1 and commence the flooring installation in the main lobby.  
• Electrical contracotor will continue with devicing, testing and energizing circuits through out the building.
• Tel-Data contractor will continue termination work in the MDF/IDF closets and devicing.
• Painting contractor will be painting the tectum panels in the gymnasium and continuing with finish painting activites on the second floor corridors of Area A/B.
• Window shade contractor will continue the installation of window shades in the classrooms.  
• Landscaping contractor will continue with spreading of top soil along the South elevation of the project site, setting of the flagpole base and landscape edging along the North elevation.  Additionally their fencing subcontractor shall continue with fencing installation on the North elevation of the project site.  (Work to commence after 8AM).
• Site contractor will be paving Baldwin and Dartmouth Roads.  (Work to commence after 8am)
